Where to buy cheap swimsuits in the winter?

hi everyone, im going to jamica in two months and i have no idea wear to buy a swimsuit. i also want it pretty cheap($14 and under if possible) thanks!

during the winter almost all stores put thier swimsuites on sale also keep your eye ou for coupons in the newspaaper
