TJ Maxx has quite a few but you have to dug through piles of crap to get to them.

Don't shy away from Ebay. There are new items there, as well. You might try Tropi-Ties Discount Swimwear Outlet, where they sell new bikinis by all the latest brands such as ViX, Salinas, Letarte, Tropi-Ties and more. These are top quality swimsuits, new, with tags, that were from a previous year, and/or overstock.
TJ Maxx. Marshalls, and if you live in Canada...Winners! i got a great billabong suit from there last year for 30 bucks.
